whenever i teach people how to impossible i give them 3 steps to follow and in most cases these three steps allow the trick to be learnt relativley easy. in case you didn't know an impossible is when the board spins 360 around you foot, it can go end over end or look like an inverted 360 shuv. usually it is somewhere in between. now to learn the trick.
step 1. stand stationary with only your back foot on the tail and your front foot on the ground. now pop the board and let it go up and over. doing it this way it should all happen automatically, but you want to learn to control it. to do this you have to make a circular pattern with your foot, clockwise for regular anti clockwise for goofy. the idea is that the board spins around 360 using your foot as an axle.
step 2. you can now start rolling with it, put your front foot where ever comfortable, i put mine on the front bolts but have it pointed a bit like a kickflip. now your basically going to step of the board with your front foot and with your back pop the tail using the same technique as step one. once you get used to this you can then begin palcing your front foot back on the board. once you start doing this quick enough will have learnt no comply impossibles.
step 3. the next step is to roll along and take your front foot of the board and jump off the back foot as it does the impossble motion. by now you should have the motions down and jumping up instead of placing your foot on the ground shouldn't be too much of a stretch.
hope this made sense. also i have a vid in the vid and pics section with me doing a shitty impossible, i think the topic is called "a whole bunch of shite". anyway its a pretty recent topic.
