For b/s pressure flips (the easiest ones) I started with my back foot on the outside bit where the concavyness is. The start scoop is just like an impossible, a scoop to send it flipping and spinning but with an exageration on the scoopyness. The front foot can be anywhere really, I keep it in the middle. Once you have little ones that stick to the floor then you want to get them big, you should have your back foot side on to the tail, just behind the bolts and give it more of a pop/scoop hybrid... just experiment to see where you can comprimise on height and enough flip. And I know I suck at explaining things, if you don't understand then say so and I will try my best to help

the trick to pressure flips is that its all done in the pop, so pop down with the back foot and bring the front foot straight up and out of the way, with the back foot scoop it like an impossible, i also tend to flick out somewhat to get the flip. really you just have to experiment with different positions and movements of your back foot.
