quite often when i visit here there are guests looking through the forums and adding to the total views. so i ask who the hell are these freaks who are lurking around here? why the hell would anyone lurk here? members barely visit here so who the hell are you?

It's probably you before you log in, because it doesn't always update right away (at least, I think it does). That is, if you don't have your username and password saved. For some reason it won't let me save mine so I have to do it manually every time I want to post something. Maybe that's how it is for you, too... or some other member.
For some reason I don't think there are true guest "lurkers" around here.
