they never grind for me. i always stop dead, unless i'm doing a switch fs crooks. i have no clue how to take what i'm doing in the sw fs crooks and put it in a regular bs crooks. any suggestions?

chances are your just stopping because you have too much weight foward. also i found crooks much easier if i was really close to the ledge and get on so the crooks is really really tweaked. this also helps in getting off in the middle of the ledge. if you can sw fs crooks maybe you should consider doing sw bs crooks.

if its not really slick, i lean back some, and go faster. switch bs crooks arent hard, but switch fs ones are weird for me to do consistently, so are fs crooks.

i keep my crooks at like a perfect 45 degree angle with my body perpindicular to the legde. i wound that it looks mad this way and its easier to put weight on your front foot, yet still control it and how much pressure you are putting on it.
