i need help with these i can get them to spin the whole way around but it always does a 360 flip type of thing can anyone help me

to stop the flip i find it helps to put your back foot more in the centre of the tail as opposed to the edge like you would for a 360 flip. then go about it as usual. getting the spin may be a little weird cause you don't have foot position to get a good scoop but you will probably get more pop.

Another useful thing to do is to have your front foot on or near the front bolts when you pop the trick; this will also help keep the board level, in addition to what potato sack suggested.
