ummm what song was it...and what type of music was it. coz i got 'damnation' and it is nothing like any opeth i'd heard before...it was really soft melodic stuff that i wouldn't call metal in any circumstance.

It was on music choice, but I didn't catch the name of the song... it sounded somewhat like Arch Enemy, if I remember. I know it was something really heavy.

Well the album i have the the most recent, so i'd say get something earlier. I would say "orchid", "mooningrise" or "my arms your hearse" would be safe bets, but i couldn't be sure.

I just bought Opeth's 'Deliverance' and I absolutely love it. If you don't have it Forelander, you should really try to get it.

I now also have Opeth's Blackwater Park. Abso-fucking-lutely brilliant. The Drapery Falls is easily one of the greatest songs of all time.
