8" Black Label Matt Hensley Indy 156's w/ little red Doh-Doh's Bones Reds Spitfire 54mm 95a (dyed red by me, intended to be rose pink, still cooler than white, IMO)
It's gripped in chunks like my old Hammerhead was. Not the best deck I've ever bought, the nose is obscenely steep. I look forward to its demise. I Don't think I'll ever own anything other than Indys. The little Doh-Doh's make them turn differently, not better or worse, just differently. I'm used to it now. Oh, yeah, I just bought some rails made by The Firm so now I don't have to wax the wee out of everything to do boardslides...er, railslides. The Spits are grippy and ride great. No complaints with Reds, they're quality bearings.

Are you serious? Wouldn't it get a bit hard to do anything.... Thats the way life is when you're 13 and for some reason don't get allowance.

7.5" Habitat Unlabeled board Krux Trucks Ghetto Wheels
It's a good, strong board, but a little heavier than I had expected.

I replaced the Hensley on Tuesday. I got a Real OE deck, 8.20". The grip looks like a broken piece of glass from the nose to about 2/3 of the way back, with the point of impact being over my front truck. I'm really pleased with the way the grip came out, it's sick. So far as the deck, I like the wood and the shape, the nose is a little mellower than the Hensley (also a plus). I hope to land my first rolling kickflip on this one.

everyday setup:
deathbox 9" indy 149s blank 65 mm wheels flip hkd bearings (the only bearings in stock from the place i ordered from, they suck, need to replace with some good ones)
and then theres the freebord which is 114 cm long rides on 11" wide trucks with a 3rd wheel so it carves like a snowboard, lots of fun.
and i'm working on a longboard setup, so i can lay down some smooth berts, bi tches.
